Membrane Press (vacuum press)
The process of Membrane Press (vacuum press) is used to cover MDF, particleboard, wooden board, fiberboard, etc. It can cover embossed board and five surfaces at same time. It works well for doors, kitchen cabinet, wardrobe, furniture, etc. The characteristic of it should be considered such as thickness (0.2-0.5mm), width (1260mm and 1400mm), length (100-300m/roll).
Wrapping Profiles
The process of Wrapping Profiles is applied to all kinds of profiles, such as wood profile, aluminum profile, PVC profile, etc. It is suitable for covering door frame, window sill, base channel, PVC ceiling and so on. Its thickness is from 0.12-0.18mm, width is 40-1260mm, length is 300-800m/roll.
Cold Laminating
Cold Laminating is suitable for flat panels, such as wood panel, steel panel, aluminum panel, PVC panel, etc. Its thickness is 0.12-0.20mm, width is 1240-1260mm, length is 300-500m/roll. This process works well for doors and furniture.
Hot Laminating
Hot Laminating is mainly applied to PVC panel, steel panel, aluminum panel for doors, skirting and more. Its thickness is 0.16-0.30mm, width is 1260mm, length is 200-300m/roll.
Self-adhesive
The process of self-adhesive has features of thickness (0.1-0.2mm), width (600mm/1220mm) and length (in 5-50m/roll). It can be put on any smooth surface for furniture and indoor decorations.
